Express and 2-Day Shipping are not available for all of the items in our stores or for areas outside of the U.S. Please allow additional time for delivery to Alaska and Hawaii.

Each item ordered through collectiblestoday.com will be charged a shipping and service charge. The standard shipping and service charge is displayed on the item detail page next to the price of the item as well as during your checkout process. With standard shipping and service, you should receive your item within six to eight weeks, but generally within 3 weeks, unless otherwise stated on the item's detail page. Other shipping methods may be available at an extra charge. Shipping and service charges include apportioned shipping, order processing, returns processing, credit services, customer service and other costs related to serving you at your home.

Q: What is Standard Shipping?

A: Each item ordered through collectiblestoday.com
will be charged a shipping and service charge. The standard shipping and

Q: What is Express Shipping?

A:
If we receive your Express Shipping order before 5:00 P.M. Central Time, your order will be shipped within one business day, and you should receive it within 6 business days. If we receive your order after 5:00 P.M. Central Time, or on weekends or holidays, please allow an extra day for processing.
For example, if you place your order at 2:30 P.M. on Monday, you could expect delivery by Friday or Saturday. If you place your order after 5:00 P.M. on Monday, you could expect to receive it the following Monday or Tuesday.
Please note: Express Shipping is not available to Canada, U.S. territories and U.S. military addresses. Please allow additional time for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.
Only the first issue in a collection will be shipped via Express Shipping. The subsequent issues will be shipped via Standard Shipping.

Q: What is 2-Day Shipping?

A: Need your item within 48 hours? When "Available for Express Shipping" appears next to the price on the item detail page, you can upgrade your shipping option to 2-Day Shipping at checkout.
If we receive your 2-Day Shipping order before 5:00 P.M. Central Time, you can expect to receive it within two business days from the day you order. If we receive your order after 5:00 P.M. Central Time, or on weekends or holidays, your order will be processed on the NEXT business day and ship the following day, Monday through Friday.
Please note: 2-Day Shipping is not available to Canada, U.S. territories and U.S. military addresses, or for PO boxes. Please allow additional time for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.
Only the first issue in a collection will be shipped via 2-Day Shipping. The subsequent issues will be shipped via Standard Shipping.

Q: How do I upgrade to Express Shipping or 2-Day Shipping?

A: The Express Shipping and 2-Day Shipping options are only available through online ordering and only available on certain items.
When Express Shipping or 2-Day Shipping is available, "Available for Express Ship", will appear in red next to the item price in the item detail page. If it is available, you may upgrade your shipping preference to Express Shipping or 2-Day Shipping when prompted at checkout. If you change your mind about your delivery options after you complete check out, please contact us by phone. You may call us toll-free at 1-877-268-6638 and one of our Customer Service Representatives will be happy to assist you. Our telephone hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. (CT).
Important note: Only a Customer Service Representative may cancel your original order. You must then place your order online again and indicate the shipping method you prefer.


Q: Can I have my order shipped to more than one address?

A: We're happy to ship your order to multiple addresses — and it couldn't be easier. On the Billing Address page in Checkout, select "Ship My Items to Multiple Addresses." You'll then have the opportunity to enter the address to which you would like each item in your order to be shipped. For your convenience, we will save these addresses for future visits (we do not save credit card information).
You may also select different shipping options for each address, depending on availability.


Q: What should I know about shipping for my collection?

A: Usually,
each issue in a collection is billed and shipped separately
to you approximately every month or two after each previous issue is shipped
and paid in full. All subsequent issues will be charged to the same credit card as the first issue. If you order Express Shipping or 2-Day Shipping, it
only applies to the first issue within a collection. Subsequent
issues will be shipped via Standard Shipping. Related Links: Express

Q: How do I check the status of my shipment?

A: You can check the status of your order or return online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for any item ordered via the Internet, phone or mail from Collectibles Today or any of our affiliated companies. Just click on the Order/Payment Status link from the navigation bar at the top of every page, or simply click here.
Your order and return status online summary will reflect only those orders
which have shipped or been returned within the last 30 days, or orders in
which the shipment or return is pending. Orders and returns received within
the past 24 hours may not yet be available online. Orders and returns sent
in the mail could take from 10 to 15 business days for transit and processing
before they appear online. Sorry, online order and return status is
available for U.S. orders only.
